I was concerned about using a transport company - since I had never used one and there are so many online. I was being bombarded wtih offers over email and phone - most of which sounded either too good to be true or shady. I found AAA Auto Transport online and once I contacted them, I felt I had made the right choice. The customer service representative put my worries at ease by giving me all the information over the phone and then confirming my order over email. My car was picked up 2 days later and delivered 3 days after that. The dispatcher contacted me a day before and the day of delivery to let me know my car was on its way. The driver kept in contact with me when there was a delay and even delivered the car to a differnt address - within the same city - which made it possible for me to keep my plans while waiting for my car. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with this company overall and would certainly use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
